Regional Business Development Manager Position
We are seeking a strategic business partner to strengthen our presence in Southeast Asia.
As the primary link between our office and regional markets, you will develop, support, and grow a strong network of local agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage agent/distributor relationships in Southeast Asia.
- Support agents in securing business with power plants, marine operators, and engine workshops.
- Conduct regular agent visits, training, and joint customer meetings.
- Ensure agents uphold industry standards, product knowledge, and service excellence.
- Monitor agent performance and implement improvement plans where needed.
- Identify new markets, applications, or business opportunities in the region.
- Collaborate with global sales and technical teams to ensure agent success.
Requirements:
- Experience in agent/distributor management, preferably in industrial or marine equipment.
- Strong network among existing agents in the field.
- Knowledge of Southeast Asian business culture and markets.
- Background in power generation, maritime, or heavy-duty workshop industries is highly valued.
- Commercially driven with excellent relationship and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; other SEA languages are an asset.
- Based in Singapore and open to regional travel.
