Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Sales Support Manager to lead and optimize our sales support operations across Southeast Asia. This senior role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and enabling commercial success through seamless coordination between sales teams, customers, and vendors.

As a key regional leader, you will oversee a team of Sales Support Coordinators, ensuring consistent execution of order management, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration. You will also play a critical role in analyzing sales metrics, refining support processes, and aligning regional operations with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the regional sales support function, overseeing order processing, customer service, and fulfillment activities across Southeast Asia.

· Strategically coordinate with sales representatives, sector managers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer needs, delivery timelines, and commercial priorities.

· Oversee CRM and ERP operations (Microsoft AX, JDE1), ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders, purchase orders, and billing documentation.

· Monitor and manage inbound deliveries, open purchase orders, and inventory flow from factories and suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.

· Resolve escalated customer issues, drive continuous improvement in complaint handling, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Analyze sales support KPIs, identify process gaps, and implement best practices to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and service quality.

· Develop and mentor regional sales support teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
