Visual Merchandising and Retail Design Expert

The role of a Visual Merchandising and Retail Design Expert plays a key role in shaping the in-store journey. This position is both creative and strategic, balancing design innovation with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute compelling in-store displays to maximize product visibility and customer engagement.
  • Partner with brands to co-create visual merchandising displays and ensure storytelling aligns with commercial objectives.
  • Work closely with Store Operations to ensure physical displays and digital installations are cohesive and practical.

Maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual merchandising and design elements.

Retail Design
  • Conceptualize and execute campaign-driven retail activations on the shop floor.
  • Treat the retail floor as a canvas for creativity, transforming spaces to reflect seasonal campaigns and cultural moments.
  • Design and work with vendors to produce props, backdrops, and experiential set pieces that enhance product storytelling.

Collaborate with brands to integrate their narratives into your larger creative vision while ensuring cohesive execution.

Project Management
  • Lead the rollout of visual and digital experiences across multiple store formats.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with teams to ensure timely execution.

Manage budgets and resources to deliver high-quality visual and digital experiences on schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail design, digital experience, or visual merchandising.
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.

Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or tech-driven retail brands is a strong advantage.
