**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for driving retail concepts and launch efforts for stores planned across various formats
- Drive consumer research and analyze data sets to derive new consumer and operational insights

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree (postgraduate, MBA or equivalent study) is preferred
- 3 or more years of consulting and or retail transformation experience
- 5 or more years of experience in any of the following areas - strategic planning, customer experience (including interaction design, hospitality and/or customer service), or product development
- Consulting experience and facilitation skills around human-centred design innovation processes are a plus
- Excellent organisational and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team consisting of stakeholders and team members
