Business DevelopmentIdentify and target new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue. This includes conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Sales Planning and AdministrationDevelop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs. This includes managing sales data, analyzing sales trends, and making recommendations to improve sales performance.
Market Research and AnalysisConduct market research to ensure competitiveness in the market, including analyzing customer needs, preferences, and buying habits.
Additional ResponsibilitiesPerform other ad hoc tasks assigned by management, including supporting the sales team and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Requirements- Market Research and Sales Experience
Proven experience in market research and sales, preferably in the fresh produce wholesale market.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Business AcumenStrong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve sales performance.
Class 3 Driving LicenseA valid Class 3 driving license, with the ability to travel to customer sites and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications- Supermarket Sales Experience
Experience in supermarket sales, preferably in the fresh produce market.
Fluency in Multiple LanguagesFluency in multiple languages, including English and Mandarin.
