Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Architectural Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our architectural department, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily function of an Architect in design, development, and administration of architectural projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in the architectural industry in Singapore or Malaysia, with excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit. A strong advantage would be having knowledge of Sketchup/ REVIT. The successful candidate must also possess good working attitude, be proactive, and hardworking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in concept and schematic design stage, including research, conceptualizing, presentation, and design development of architectural projects.
  • Prepare and submit drawings for onward submission to Authority, and procurement of Contractor.
  • Obtain required Authority Approval under supervision of the Architect.
  • Assist in administration of construction projects leading to its completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in the architectural industry in Singapore or Malaysia
  • Able to work independently
  • Well versed with AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of Sketchup/ REVIT a strong advantage
  • Good working attitude, proactive and hardworking
  • Good command of English
