Job Description

  • Oversight and management of the entire architectural department, encompassing ongoing and new projects.
  • Execution of duties as assigned by superior or management representatives.
  • Attendance at meetings with clients to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Providing endorsement as a qualified person (QP) for all architecture plans and various authority submissions for approval.
  • Registration as director with ACRA in RJC, solely for architectural license purposes and without any authority or privilege in company operation or financials.
  • Signing off on board resolutions, audit reports, and other documents required as a registered director with ACRA.
  • Conducting project reviews based on criteria and terms and conditions.
  • Collaboration with various professionals, including engineers and quantity surveyors, regarding design.
  • Presentation and production of feasibility reports and design proposals to clients.
  • Advisory services on the practicality of projects.
  • Revision and endorsement of submission drawings and plans to authorities.
  • Preparation of tender applications, presentations, and negotiations with vendors.
  • Applications for planning and building control departments.
  • Supervision of projects from start to finish.
  • Regular site visits and preparation of contract documents and construction management.
  • Management of the entire architecture department.
  • Resolution of problems while ensuring environmental impact is managed.
  • Registration with BOA as the architecture director.
  • Performance of marketing and quarterly KPI planning.
  • Tender searching on Gebiz and government agencies such as PSA, PA & N Park.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Possession of recognized degree and master's in architecture.
  • Registered as an architect with BOA Singapore.
  • Five years or more of architectural experience.
