Job Overview

As a senior architectural leader, you will play a key role in shaping our firm's culture, workflows, and design standards. You will be responsible for defining and leading the architectural vision across all projects, ensuring alignment with company values, client goals, and design excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regional building codes, regulatory frameworks, and submission processes. You will also possess exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and engage clients.

  • Define and lead the architectural vision across all projects, ensuring alignment with company values, client goals, and design excellence.
  • Review design outputs for clarity, coherence, and alignment with project goals and company standards.
  • Check documents and drawings for submission to regulatory authorities for approval.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced digital design tools (e.g., BIM, parametric design) and foster innovation in design processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Registered Architect with the Board of Architect's Singapore.
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in architectural design, project leadership, and studio management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from concept to completion, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
