Enterprise Architect Role for APAC Region

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership position that combines deep technical expertise with business acumen to deliver scalable, future-proof insurance solutions across multiple markets.

The successful candidate will lead the architecture function across a portfolio of life and general insurance initiatives, driving innovation and consistency across IT delivery. They will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to develop and execute architectural strategies and roadmaps tailored to the region.

Key responsibilities include defining and driving the architecture strategy and technology roadmap for life and general insurance solutions across APAC, leading the design and oversight of enterprise-wide solutions, building and mentoring a team of architects, and acting as the primary architecture advisor to regional executives and senior stakeholders.

  • Technical Leadership: Deep knowledge across a range of modern technologies including Java, .NET, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication and influencing skills with senior business and technical leaders.
  • Execution Orientation: A hands-on leader who ensures architecture is actionable, pragmatic, and delivery-focused.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and grow technical talent within a distributed team.
