Enterprise Architect Position

We seek an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead architectural vision and execution for a prominent Financial Services firm.

  • This high-impact role combines strategic foresight with hands-on technical leadership, playing a pivotal part in shaping future-ready, scalable insurance solutions across multiple markets.

The successful candidate will drive architectural alignment, innovation, and technical excellence while collaborating closely with regional and global teams. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset is essential-this role demands both strategic thinking and the ability to deep-dive into application designs and technical architectures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a forward-looking architectural strategy and regional technology roadmap that aligns with global enterprise architecture principles.
  • Design and oversee enterprise-level solutions that are secure, scalable, and tailored to regional insurance needs.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing architecture team across the APAC region.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT leaders, influencing strategic decisions and ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives.
  • Establish and enforce architecture governance, including standards, frameworks, reference architectures, and best practices.
  • Partner with global architecture counterparts to ensure consistency in technology stack, architectural approach, and solution reuse.
  • Guide architecture efforts throughout the entire project lifecycle-from ideation and planning to delivery and post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, operations, and security teams to ensure robust, practical, and compliant solution designs.
  • Monitor industry trends, technology evolution, and regulatory developments to inform future-state architecture.
  • Drive continuous improvement in architectural practices, tooling, and team capabilities.
  • Engage in strategic initiatives and roadmap planning with development teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance and oversight on complex technology initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Enterprise Experience : 15+ years in senior architecture roles, ideally within insurance or financial services, with hands-on delivery of large-scale, end-to-end solutions.
