Job Title: Strategic IT Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in delivering and supporting IT solutions for the business unit, including the SAP SuccessFactors system.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the IT team in supporting and managing IT solutions for the business unit.
  2. Oversee and manage team resources to ensure they can cope with work demands and get the right resource for the right tasks.
  3. Understand business domains, review user requirements, vendor proposals, assess/discuss technical solutions, and ensure selected solutions are endorsed for architecture, scalability, security requirements, and compliance.
  4. Perform Solution Architect role for systems, ensuring solutions implemented are secure, interoperable, and extensible.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Stakeholder Management: Manage and work with stakeholders to plan and execute projects, ensuring strategies align with business objectives at the University level.
  2. Solution Design (IT): Work with network, systems, security teams to develop and formalize NUS IT architecture.
  3. Programme/Project Management: Account for successful delivery of programmes/projects, manage delivery to ensure targets are met, and create/review project artefacts and deliverables.
  4. Maintenance and Support: Account for overall successful provision of on-going application maintenance and support, oversee/provide maintenance and support of applications, and handle audit queries.
