Senior Project Leader - Architecture

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader to join our team. As a key member of our architecture department, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale projects across various sectors.

You will be accountable for:

  • Leading project teams to deliver results that meet client requirements and industry standards
  • Coordinating tender, evaluation, recommendation, and award processes
  • Nurturing, coaching, and upgrading the skill levels of team members
  • Maintaining compliance with local building codes and regulations

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized architectural master's/degree from a reputable institution
  • Minimum 10 years of post-graduate architectural experience
  • Proficiency in BIM/Revit, Archicad, Autocad, Sketchup, In-Design, and basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, ability to work as a team, and a keen eye for detail.
