Job Title: Senior Project Leader

The Senior Project Leader is responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of cross-functional programs from concept through launch. This role ensures alignment across product development, regulatory, operations, supply chain, and commercial functions to deliver new products to market on time and in compliance with global regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team across multiple geographies, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, and resource plans
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
  • Drive execution through all phases of the product development lifecycle (PDP/NPD), including design

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to drive cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
