**Project Leadership Role**

 

Job Description:

As a senior project leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution, validation and commercialization of all projects within the organization. This involves managing the assembly process setup and process development for new product introduction (NPI) projects.

The successful candidate will have experience in plastic injection molding, extrusion and assembly processes used in medical device manufacturing. Additionally, they should have exposure to manufacturing processes validation and sterilization process.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, delivering projects on time, meeting customer expectations, providing technical support to the production team as required and liaising with customers on all matters related to project success.

Collaboration with other internal departments is essential to ensure a smooth flow of activities for achieving project objectives and milestones. Regular project team meetings will be conducted to review and track project progress, and project summaries will be communicated to management.

The ideal candidate will possess effective leadership skills, good communication, presentation, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. A diploma or degree in related engineering is required, along with more than 5 years of industrial technical experience, including project management.
