
Security Operations Centre Team Leader

A skilled coordinator is required to oversee the operation of our Security Operations Centre, ensuring seamless monitoring and response to security incidents.

- Monitor multiple systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms and radio communications. ","
- Provide technical support for desktop, network and application issues. ","
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents by assessing the situation and coordinating response efforts with relevant stakeholders. ","
- Maintain clear communication channels with field personnel and colleagues using various devices and platforms. ","
- Manage and supervise the deployment of security officers across all sites using CCTV and attendance systems. ","
- Ensure accurate attendance records are maintained and appropriate actions are taken for absenteeism and lateness. ","
- Administer security systems and monitor CCTV feeds, responding promptly to incidents as required. ","

- Minimum 5 years' experience in the security industry, preferably with a supervisory rank or above, and at least 2 years' experience in Command Centre Operations. ","
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment. ","
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information and following protocols. ","
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ","
- Strong team player with effective management, communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities. ","
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications. ","
- Good knowledge of CCTV systems and computer operations. ","
- Keenness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. ","
