  • Monitor multiple systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms and radio communications. ","
  • Provide technical support for desktop, network and application issues. ","
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents by assessing the situation and coordinating response efforts with relevant stakeholders. ","
  • Maintain clear communication channels with field personnel and colleagues using various devices and platforms. ","
  • Manage and supervise the deployment of security officers across all sites using CCTV and attendance systems. ","
  • Ensure accurate attendance records are maintained and appropriate actions are taken for absenteeism and lateness. ","
  • Administer security systems and monitor CCTV feeds, responding promptly to incidents as required. ","

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the security industry, preferably with a supervisory rank or above, and at least 2 years' experience in Command Centre Operations. ","
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. ","
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information and following protocols. ","
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ","
  • Strong team player with effective management, communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities. ","
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications. ","
  • Good knowledge of CCTV systems and computer operations. ","
  • Keenness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. ","
