
Senior Corporate Banking Relationship Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to expand and manage corporate banking relationships across Australia and the wider Asia Pacific region.
This role focuses on growing loan books, deposits, and revenue streams, while ensuring strong risk management and compliance.
- Develop and originate new client relationships, driving portfolio growth and profitability.
- Partner with regional and global offices to cross-sell corporate banking solutions.
- Manage client accounts proactively, ensuring high service standards and long-term engagement.
- Conduct AML/KYC due diligence, credit assessments, and oversee facility documentation.
- Monitor market trends and risks, providing insights to shape strategy.
- University degree in Finance or related field.
- 15+ years' experience in corporate relationship management.
- Strong network within the Australia/Asia Pacific corporate banking space.
- Proven ability to drive business performance with sound credit and analytical expertise.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Culturally aware, able to engage senior executives effectively.
