Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking Mnca

**Job Purpose**
This is a strategic role to develop the business relationships with the subsidiaries of top-tier Western multinational corporates to generate mutually beneficial business opportunities for both customers and SMBC through financial solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- To support the daily transactions of our existing customers, including the management of our various product partners and middle back office staff.
- To develop a new customer base.
- To conduct risk control management, including due date control of customer’s deposits, loans etc.
- To mentor our junior staff, helping them with credit related work, daily transactions, legal documentation etc.
- To work on any ad-hoc work related to business initiatives which have been requested by the management.
**Responsibilities**:
- University Graduate from Finance, Accounting or Business background
- At least 12 years of experience with a bank, preferably in corporate banking
- Sound credit assessment skills
- Strong understanding of loan documentation
- Strong in Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong working knowledge of financing structures
- Good knowledge of loan reviews and covenant compliance
- Working knowledge of KYC and management of loan data in systems
