Thales is seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join its team in Singapore. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex bids, ensuring a consistent bid management process across all bids, and communicating with internal stakeholders and customers.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a good degree in Engineering or Business with at least 5 years of experience preferably in the Defence and Security sector. They will be result-oriented, have strong drive in a team context, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities include managing complex bids, ensuring understanding of client's RFP/tender objective, customer's pain points, and Thales' competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Strategic long cycle selling and dealing with public procurement processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good degree in Engineering or Business
  • At least 5 years of experience in Defence and Security sector
  • Result-oriented and strong drive in a team context
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
