Job Title: Floral Crafts Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team. As a key member of our floral design studio, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional flower arrangements and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for designing and preparing high-quality floral arrangements, managing stock inventory, liaising with suppliers, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining the workspace to ensure excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare floral arrangements (bouquets, wreaths, table displays)
- Fulfill daily floral orders accurately and on time
- Manage stock inventory and ensure proper flower care and storage
- Liaise with suppliers for flowers and materials
- Handle customer orders and respond to phone/WhatsApp inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant florist experience
- Passionate about floral design with creativity in approach
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Able to perform physical aspects of the role (e.g., lifting and carrying floral materials and water pails)
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
