
Advanced Ductwork Sales Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned ductwork sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Job Overview
This role is critical in developing strategic sales initiatives, leveraging technical expertise, and delivering tailored customer support.
- Serve as the primary technical authority on comprehensive range of ductwork products and solutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and project requirements to recommend optimal ductwork configurations and solutions.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate and influence key stakeholders on the advantages of ductwork products.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries.
- Proactively prospect for new business opportunities, qualify leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers through effective sales techniques and relationship building.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their feedback, concerns, and challenges, and facilitate timely resolutions to enhance customer loyalty.
Project Coordination and Support:
- Partner with internal departments to coordinate project execution from initial inquiry through to delivery and installation.
- Provide project management oversight, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical reviews to support project implementation and address customer requirements effectively.
Market Analysis and Product Development:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the process exhaust ductwork sector.
- Provide valuable market insights and feedback to support product development initiatives, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product management team to identify opportunities for product enhancements, new features, or customizations based on customer feedback and market demand.
