Job Description

The ideal candidate will join our Airport Operations Department, Customer Services & Operations Division, and be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our lounges at Changi Airport. Key objectives include delivering exceptional service to our passengers in a consistent and effective manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of SQ Premium Service Supervisors (PSSs) and Senior/Passenger Relations Officers (S/PROs) to ensure seamless lounge operations.
  • Manage vendors and service providers contracted to provide product and services to our lounges, including chairing monthly meetings on operational issues.
  • Select and performance review the vendors' team to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize lounge efficiency.
  • Formulate Business Continuity Planning (BCPs) to guarantee uninterrupted operations during crisis situations.
  • Provide excellent customer experience in the lounge.
  • Handle flight disruptions and support lounge operations.
  • Participate in projects enhancing service delivery, IT infrastructure, and lounge development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong interest in operations and customer service.
  • Effective vendor management and communication skills.
  • Good team spirit to collaborate internally and across departments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 80,000 - 120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
