Lounge Housekeeping

· Meet and greet lounge passengers positively and politely.
· Clean & maintain all assigned rooms, toilets, areas, according to the set standards.
· Clean and maintain stations, pantries, trolley equipment and machines, in accordance to set standards.
· Assist in lounge operations when required.
· Display appropriate knowledge of cleaning procedures.
· Execute appropriate knowledge of storing and handling of cleaning chemicals.
· Proper handling and daily maintenance of cleaning tools and equipment after use, according to instructions and trainings provided by supervisors.
· To assist in covering any other job positions, as and when required by the working situation.
· Any other ad hoc matters assigned by management.
· Ability to read, write and converse in basic English.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Good customer service skills.
· Adaptable to change and a good team player.
· Physically fit and comfortable with standing long hours.
· Comfortable with laborious/physical work.
· Comfortable with a fast-paced working environment.
· Training will be provided, no experience needed.
May be required to do overtime (OT), when needed
