Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Payroll Cum Partial Accounts Assistant to join our team at ST Recruitment Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare and process monthly payrolls, calculating workday salary, overtime hours, cash in lieu, unpaid leave, and other benefits.
  • Employee Record Management: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in payroll systems.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure timely submission of monthly and year-end approvals, employees' bonuses, overtime, CPF submissions, annual IR8A, and tax clearance to IRAS.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
