HR Payroll and Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Payroll Cum Partial Accounts Assistant to join our team at ST Recruitment Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Processing: Prepare and process monthly payrolls, calculating workday salary, overtime hours, cash in lieu, unpaid leave, and other benefits.
- Employee Record Management: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in payroll systems.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure timely submission of monthly and year-end approvals, employees' bonuses, overtime, CPF submissions, annual IR8A, and tax clearance to IRAS.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
