Job Title: Accounts Payroll Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payroll Administrator to join our team at ST Recruitment Centre. As an Accounts Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for handling payroll administration, accounts administration, and providing support to the Payroll Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll calculations, including workday salaries, overtime, claims approvals, and cash-in-lieu
- Prepare and submit IR21 and CPF submissions
- Manage employees' records in the payroll system
- Assist in HR-related duties assigned by the Payroll Manager
Requirements:
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Well-organized with good time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
