Payroll & Finance Executive

Job Description:
· Manage end-to-end payroll processes ensuring accurate and timely payments.
· Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
· Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
· Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to streamline payroll operations.
· Ensure compliance with tax laws and other legal requirements.
· Assist in auditing payroll procedures and resolving discrepancies.
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist in audits.
· Manage financial data entry, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks.
Key Requirements:
· Experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
· In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
