Job Overview:

The Airbus Asia Training Centre Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting Airbus Flight Crew Training courses to customers in the region and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets and expand our customer base in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their training needs and providing tailored sales proposals and commercial offers.
  • Manage contracts and ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and invoices.
  • Lead and consolidate sales reports, generate invoices, and follow up on credit reports.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to stay up-to-date on market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with Training Operations and regional Airbus Services Sales Teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with sales activities.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in sales account management in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in aviation and airline industry preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of contract laws and terms and conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated and driven, with ability to work under stress and tight deadlines.
