Senior Ageing Programme Coordinator

The Senior Ageing Programme Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of an assigned Active Ageing Centre, ensuring it fulfills its intended purposes as stipulated by funders and LBSA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Assist in executing the Community Outreach Plan, engage community partners, build effective partnerships to serve seniors' needs.

• Day-to-Day Centre Operations: Assist in collecting data, planning, implementing, and evaluating programmes.

• Financial Reporting: Adhere to allocated budgets, ensure proper documentation of finance-related transactions.

• Other Duties: Perform other responsibilities assigned by the SCM/CM/ACM/SPE.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Related qualification in working with the elderly or in the social service sector.

- At least 1 year of experience in direct operational work, especially in Eldercare.

- Prior experience in stakeholder management, especially working with community partners.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Good administrative skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, a team player yet able to work independently.

- Good communications skills, preferably bilingual with dialects.
