We're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive key initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and uncover high-impact growth opportunities. This role involves working closely with leadership and marketing teams to shape market entry strategies, expand our presence in the wellness space, and directly contribute to revenue acceleration.
- Identify and execute on new business opportunities, including outbound client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
- Lead outreach, negotiations, and relationship management with media, affiliate, and B2B partners.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and partnership opportunities.
- Conduct market research to inform go-to-market strategy and uncover new verticals or channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor our messaging and offerings for target segments.
- Track and report on sales and partnership metrics, including conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
- Based in the United States (required).
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth - ideally in SaaS or tech.
- Proven experience driving client acquisition or partnership deals end-to-end.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for pitching value clearly.
- Comfortable working in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and tracking pipeline metrics.
- Highly self-directed and motivated with a bias for action.
