Business Growth Strategist
We are seeking an ambitious and driven sales professional to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the printing industry, and a proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
- Experience in the printing or related industry strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
