Job Description

The role of a Sales and Business Development Manager entails driving new revenue streams and expanding business opportunities through strategic partnerships, acquiring new clients, and enhancing global and local networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to generate new leads and develop new accounts.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals to monitor and analyze sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B growth roles within serviced office, commercial real estate, co-working hospitality across Singapore and/or Malaysia.
  • Experience in business development with the ability to generate own leads for enterprise and corporate sales, drive results, and supervise the sales team in multi-market settings.
  • Strong network among landlords and brokerage firms in Singapore and/or Malaysia.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship building, and executive presence skills.

Bonus Requirements:

  • A degree in Business and/or related fields is highly valued.
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven culture with clear playbooks, weekly pipeline reviews, and post-mortems after major pursuits and launches.
