Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

The core of our organization's success lies in a dynamic team of sales professionals who drive revenue growth and exceed targets. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer relationships, expanding market presence, and contributing to overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency;
  • Preparing quotations, including negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with customers, and closing deals to drive revenue growth;
  • Collaborating closely with other teams, such as marketing, product, and logistics, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities;
  • Managing the sales order process, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and resolving any issues that may arise;
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to overall revenue growth;
  • Undertaking any other sales-related duties assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • N-Level or equivalent qualification;
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and positive attitude skills;
  • Organized, detailed, and deadline-oriented approach to work;
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision;
  • Experience in Business Central system is advantageous.
