  • Create and implement strategies to enhance the performance of Asia FIC Operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop processes that drive business outcomes
  • Maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism within the Operations department

Client Engagement:

  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external clients to deliver exceptional service
  • Foster collaboration among global Operations teams to provide seamless support to clients

Stakeholder Partnerships:

  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with other departments, including information sharing and project collaboration

Process Management:

  • Design and implement efficient processes to drive business results
  • Maintain accurate and timely completion of daily tasks within the function

Risk Oversight:

  • Identify and mitigate risks across FIC Operations, including operational, regulatory, conduct, cybersecurity, and financial crime risks

Reporting and Insights:

  • Provide regular performance insights to senior management
  • Report significant incidents or issues promptly to senior management
