Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for maintenance, mailing, office supplies, equipment, and desk moves.
- Collaborating with Senior EMEA Facilities Manager to develop and maintain office policies.
- Organizing office operations and procedures.
- Coordinating with the IT department on office equipment, employee onboarding, and other related tasks.
- Managing relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords.
You will be responsible for managing office budgets, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing general support to visitors and candidates. You will also organize office events and comply with company Health & Safety procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
