About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing public feedback and enquiries received through various channels. Your primary focus will be on tracking case progress to meet service standards and assisting in data collation and analysis for reporting purposes.
The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, preferably in the public sector or government agencies. You should be resourceful, meticulous, and collaborative with strong writing and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also essential.
We are looking for individuals who possess analytical and logical thinking skills, are independent, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
