Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager or Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful training programs. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, government officials, and subject matter experts to create tailored learning interventions for adult learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with our curriculum framework
  • Lead client engagements, manage program logistics, and facilitate workshops in diverse international settings
  • Mentor junior team members, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong track record of designing and delivering learning interventions, with excellent knowledge of public sector systems and institutions. Your expertise in adult learning and instructional design will enable you to contextualize content for public sector audiences.

  • At least 7-8 years' progressive experience in government and public policy for Senior Managers
  • At least 5-6 years' progressive experience in government and public policy for Managers
  • Good understanding of core concepts in adult learning and instructional design
