Senior Public Engagement Manager

The role of a Public Relations Specialist is to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities and the public. This involves managing stakeholder communications, handling feedback and complaints, and resolving enquiries efficiently.
The specialist will plan and execute public relations campaigns, outreach activities, and events to build positive ties between the project and the public. They will also coordinate with authorities and agencies on visual designs at project sites, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Key responsibilities include producing, archiving, and managing communication materials and records, maintaining high standards of documentation. The specialist will serve as secretary during stakeholder meetings and briefings, taking minutes and reporting accurately.
Additionally, they will manage a 24-hour project hotline on a rotational basis, providing timely support and assistance. General project administration duties and coordination are also expected, working collaboratively with the team.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 5 years of experience as a Senior Public Relations Officer on projects, with a strong track record of success.
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to engage positively with government authorities, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
