As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to enhance employee engagement, streamline HR processes, and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

In this role, you will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

You will be instrumental in addressing and resolving employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to Senior Management on complex HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Foster open communication and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and HR certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a HR Business Partnering or HR advisory role from within a recognized organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, managing performance and conflict resolution at senior level, and all-round HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing HR issues.
