HR Business Partner Role

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to department heads and team leads, overseeing the full recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing candidates to preparing offers and facilitating onboarding and offboarding.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with external partners and agencies to support recruitment initiatives, talent pipeline building, and employee relations matters such as performance improvement, grievance handling, disciplinary issues, and engagement activities.

The ideal candidate will provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to enhance communication, engagement, and performance. Support for staff engagement activities, including facilitation and documentation, is also expected.

A key aspect of this role will be assisting in performance management processes and reviews. Participation in HR system implementation, testing, and improvements will also be required.

The HR Business Partner will contribute to HR-related projects, surveys, and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements for this position include a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline with relevant HR experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively, the ideal candidate will also be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A positive attitude with adaptability to organizational culture is necessary.

Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) will be an advantage.
