Job Title

Assistant Manager/Manager (Telecommunications)

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing licensing frameworks and policies to ensure that the telecommunications sector remains dynamic and effective.

  • Evaluate applications and license telecommunications services, providing guidance on license requirements;
  • Review and implement licensing and regulatory frameworks, policies, and schemes to stay up-to-date with market and technological advancements;
  • Streamline licensing processes to enhance customer experience and promote business efficiency;
  • Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency across licensing schemes, addressing any gaps or issues in processes and licensing systems;
  • Respond to public and licensee queries related to telecommunications licensing.

Requirements:

  • A background in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Engineering (Telecommunications), or an equivalent field with at least 3 years of relevant work experience and a supervisory role preferred;
  • Good knowledge of emerging technologies and their business/economic impact, with prior working experience in the telecommunications industry being an advantage;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate and engage with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills;
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
