We are seeking a seasoned Global Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our strategic hiring efforts at Katalon, Inc.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join our dynamic team and drive our growth. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports our long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing and Acquisition (80%):
    • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with our VP of HR to support Katalon's growth
    • Lead the full cycle of recruitment, emphasizing sourcing and identification of qualified candidates for senior and managerial positions using diverse methods and networks
    • Enhance candidate experience through reviewing, designing, and continuously improving steps in the recruitment process
    • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on talent needs and recruitment strategies
    • Partner with our HR Business Partner team to formalize data-driven talent dashboards and track talents' path throughout the entire Candidate Journey and Employee Journey
  • Team Management and Leadership (20%):
    • Lead, oversee, and supervise the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring alignment with company goals and values
    • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
    • Represent Katalon at events like career fairs, college events, and networking opportunities to attract top talent
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or similar roles within global startup and tech enterprise environments, demonstrating a successful track record in talent acquisition and retention
  • Extensive experience with full-cycle recruiting for both tech and non-tech roles, with a solid understanding of industry trends and best practices
  • Global hiring experience, particularly in the global C-level & Senior leadership team, is essential
  • Proven experience in executive hiring, with a track record of successfully recruiting for senior leadership positions
  • Tech-savvy, familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, sourcing platforms, job boards, and other recruitment tools
  • Proficient in various interview techniques and evaluation methods to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
  • Proactive, open-minded, autonomous, highly responsible, and well-organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, as well as benefits that include total remuneration, growth and rewards, physical and mental health, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
