As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment, managing relationships with stakeholders, and enhancing candidate experiences throughout the entire journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Katalon's long-term growth objectives in collaboration with the VP of HR.
  • Candidate Experience: Enhance candidate experience through continuous process improvement, ensuring seamless interactions from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, oversee, and supervise the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or similar roles within global startup and tech environments, demonstrating success in talent acquisition and retention.
  • Extensive experience with full-cycle recruiting for both tech and non-tech roles, with a solid understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Global hiring experience, particularly in senior leadership positions, is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data-driven decision-making, and ability to leverage analytics to inform talent acquisition processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
