Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Source and identify potential candidates through research, networking, and advertising
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with hiring managers and candidates

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A diploma education or higher and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Compensation
  • Hourly rate: $15-$20 (dependent on experience)
  • Flexible work arrangement: minimum of 2 hours per weekday, 10 hours per week
