Employment Agent (CEI Certified) – High Commission Earnings

Location: Chinatown or Paya Lebar area
Salary: $1,800 Basic + Attractive Commission Scheme (Uncapped Earnings)
Job Type: Full-time (FWA no basic but same commission)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and CEI-certified Employment Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and placing both domestic helpers and skilled professionals (e.g., healthcare workers, IT professionals, engineers, etc.) in suitable positions.

This is a high-reward opportunity with a competitive base salary plus generous commissions—your earnings grow with every successful placement

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and maintain employing companies and job orders
  • Source, interview, and assess candidates (domestic helpers & skilled professionals).
  • Match candidates with employers based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including documentation and work pass applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Must possess a valid CEI (Certificate in Employment Intermediation) certification.
  • Prior experience in recruitment (domestic helpers or skilled professionals preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of work pass regulations (e.g., MOM, WP, SPass, EP) is a plus.
