Job Summary

This is a Senior Manager, Commercial position that involves driving business growth in emerging markets.

Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive EaaS business growth in emerging markets, with a primary focus on Cooling, Solar PV, and related solutions.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including country heads, engineering, and finance, to develop compelling value propositions and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Market research and analysis skills are essential to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, to assess the commercial viability of EaaS projects.
  • A detailed understanding of the EaaS business model, particularly in the Cooling, Solar PV, and related domains, is required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of commercial experience in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, as well as work independently.
