Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales strategy and execution for Healthcare, B2B, and B2C Research & Consulting domains.
  • Build, nurture, and expand client relationships at senior levels across global markets.
  • Lead business development efforts with a strong focus on new client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered seamlessly.
  • Mentor and guide business development managers and executives to achieve team sales targets.
  • Represent the organization at key industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven sales & business development experience in Market Research/Consulting industry.
  • Strong network and experience in handling enterprise/global accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage large accounts and multi-stakeholder engagements across geographies.
  • Fluency in Mandarin will be a strong advantage.
