Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Process Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading business process design and optimization initiatives using industrial engineering methodologies to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

You will develop and implement process improvement projects that support strategic objectives and drive operational excellence. Additionally, you will oversee cross-functional teams to design, implement, and roll out innovative technologies and process solutions that streamline end-to-end workflows.

Your responsibilities will also include identifying and driving improvement opportunities through process reviews, automation, digitalization, and the implementation of best practices. Furthermore, you will engage in process re-engineering to improve customer onboarding experiences and maintain up-to-date process documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline is required.
  • PMP Certification (mandatory) demonstrates formal training and mastery of project management standards and methodologies.
  • Scrum Master Certification (preferred) indicates agile experience, particularly within dynamic, cross-functional teams.
