The role of Strategic Business Operations Leader is a critical position responsible for driving business initiatives, optimizing performance, and aligning strategies with company objectives.

You will collaborate closely with the executive team and functional leaders to ensure the company meets its growth targets and maintains operational excellence.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly analytical thinker with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish key performance indicators and milestones to assess the business's health.
  • Conduct regular reviews of performance data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and potential challenges.
  • Assess operational risks and implement mitigation strategies for business resilience.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

Additionally, you will:

  • Partner with the finance team to analyze financial data and provide insightful reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present financial updates and performance analyses to the executive team and leadership.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and manage annual budgets for operational activities and strategic projects.
  • Evaluate resource allocation aligned with strategic priorities and maximize return on investment.

  • Support in investor-related activities, including developing communication materials and participating in fundraising processes.
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract high-caliber talent and implement employee retention programs.
  • Analyze key HR metrics and design performance management systems.

Qualifications:
