Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Process Engineering team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Your key objectives include:

  • Developing and implementing process capability and continuous improvement plans to meet customer expectations.
  • Managing material disposition to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams in NPI, yield enhancement, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
  • Interacting with customers on special requests, audits, and visits.
  • Providing leadership and direction to the Process Engineering team to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Ensuring the technical strength and talent of the team is competitive with industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of strategic business plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and improve communication.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills. Experience in project management, coaching, and mentoring is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or Material Science.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Wafer Fab or Bump Fab.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience.
