Senior Occupational Health and Safety Specialist

As a seasoned Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being of our workforce by implementing robust safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with operations teams to design and implement effective OHS training programs, encompassing toolbox talks, inductions, and orientations.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date risk assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Moreover, you will be responsible for investigating incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in OHS supervision within the construction industry.
- Proven knowledge of OHS regulations, risk management principles, and industry best practices.
