Site Operations Director

The Site Operations Director is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily site operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective work sequences and procedures to ensure seamless daily site operations, including job site access.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to execute daily project objectives.
- Lead and manage workers and sub-contractors on site, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Oversee the planning and deployment of machinery and materials on site, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing waste.
- Ensure that all site works are completed in accordance with specifications, on schedule.
- Identify and assess potential risks arising from workplace and/or work processes, taking proactive measures to minimize environmental impact associated with construction activities.
- Take reasonable and practical measures to eliminate foreseeable risks to individuals at the workplace, promoting a safe working environment.
- Implement necessary control measures to mitigate unsafe work practices and prevent recurrence.
